Doctor creates a referral for Telehealth consultation with one of our Psychiatry specialists. Referrals can be done with specifically mentioning the name of the Psychiatrist or can do an open referral so that our admin team can give an early appointment If available.
Doctor or Medical Centre admin send the referrals to the Silverline Telehealth Service through one of our referrals receiving portals.
Silverline Telehealth Service admin team contact the Medical Centre with the appointment date, time & the Psychiatrist’s name. Our admin team will contact the patient regarding the appointment time & date.
Silverline Telehealth admin team will send the Telehealth video link to the Medical Centre via secure email on or before the appointment date.
